Perfect for art exhibitions, fashion showrooms, pop-up experiences, receptions, and private celebrations.

Space B

Filled with natural light from expansive wall-to-wall windows, Space B features a spacious, uninterrupted open floor plan that offers exceptional flexibility. The clean, open layout makes it an ideal setting for fashion showrooms, runway presentations, product launches, art installations, performances, lectures, and corporate events.

Space A & B

By opening two large movable walls, Spaces A and B transform into one expansive 4,000-square-foot venue. Wall-to-wall windows along the north side frame views of The High Line, Hudson Yards, and the Empire State Building, creating an impressive backdrop for large-scale events. This versatile venue has hosted product launches for globally recognized companies, fashion showrooms, fundraising exhibitions, major art events, and creative productions.

Space C (12th Floor Penthouse)

Perched above Chelsea, the 12th Floor Penthouse offers sweeping views of the Hudson River, Empire State Building, and Hudson Yards through stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. This intimate venue features a full kitchen, private bathroom, and a quiet, refined atmosphere, making it ideal for private gatherings, exclusive showrooms, dinner parties, networking events, and executive meetings.

Space D

Surrounded by expansive windows on three sides, this bright and spacious venue offers panoramic city views and exceptional flexibility. Guests enjoy direct access from a large elevator, along with convenient amenities including a kitchenette, restrooms, and storage space. The venue is well suited for large fashion showrooms, product launches, performances, exhibitions, and pop-up events.

Capacity: 175 guests (events exceeding this capacity require a Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA) permit).

Space D (6th Floor Penthouse)

Bright and airy, the 6th Floor Penthouse is surrounded by expansive windows on three sides, filling the space with natural light and sweeping views of the New York City skyline, including the Empire State Building. Accessible via a private elevator or a modern wood staircase from Space D below, the penthouse also features a south-facing terrace, offering a peaceful open-air setting. Ideal as an extension of Space D, it provides additional room for VIP lounges, private meetings, hospitality, or breakout spaces during larger events.

Whether used as a standalone venue or as an extension of Space D, the 6th Floor Penthouse provides a versatile setting for private gatherings, VIP hospitality, networking, and intimate events.
